Each time you spend money on dining, retail, or entertainment, you are charged an 8.25 percent sales tax. A portion of that sales tax goes to the Town where you buy the goods or services. Twenty cents of every dollar spent with a chain store (such as Bed, Bath and Beyond, JCPenney, Foot Locker, Old Navy) is retained/recirculated in our community.
